Currently the executive chef of Brenner’s newest location in San Antonio, Brenner’s Steakhouse on the Riverwalk, Chef Abel Sanchez brings forth 20 years of culinary expertise. With an impressive background in culinary arts spanning from high end steakhouses to elite entertainment dinning venues, such as The House of Blues in Hollywood and Award Winning, The Capital Grille in Indianapolis. He trained and graduated from world renowned institute Le Cordon Bleu Chicago, and started on a successful path of culinary management positions across the country. He proudly holds a superior service philosophy and standard throughout any kitchen or team that he is a part of. His cuisine embodies personalization and attention to details. Guests boast of their whole dining experience from start to finish when having the pleasure to be crafted by Abel. Despite his accomplished reputation he has a humbling personality that makes any person feel welcomed.
