First Course (Choice of)

BLT Wedge
Iceberg Wedge topped with diced tomatoes, Applewood Smoked Bacon and “Brenner’s” Roquefort Dressing

Mixed Greens Salad
Artisan lettuce mixed with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and your choice of dressing

Lobster Bisque
Lobster meat, cayenne pepper and cognac

Second Course (Choice of)

Seared Salmon 
Topped with heirloom tomatoes and pesto butter served atop charred asparagus

6oz Filet (GF)
Served with cognac peppercorn sauce accompanied with mashed potatoes

Chicken Lorene
Pan-fried chicken cutlets served over fedelini pasta tossed with tomato basil and lemon butter
