Growing up as a Houston native, Carlos has been surrounded by the best that the culinary arts has to offer. His childhood home in the Spring Branch area was only miles from The Original Brenner’s Steakhouse, one such culinary beacon for the young cook. As his love for cooking continued to grow, Carlos took his skills and enthusiasm and applied to The Art Institute of Houston. After his graduation in 2006, Carlos worked his way up in the food industry until he joined the Brenner’s Steakhouse family in 2015. Through hard work and dedication, Carlos has become the Executive Chef at Brenner’s Steakhouse, bringing with him 12 years of expertise. Chef Andrade is driven by his passion for crafting fresh, inspiring, and enticing dishes that leave an impression on all who experience his creations.
